I felt really good after the session. I was tired so slept for a couple of hours when I got home but my whole body feels really well. My eyes in particular are getting whiter and brighter each week. Would you believe I am still releasing? Huge repetitive yawns like I have never been able to yawn that wide before. It feels great. The yawns start off with pain in my head and jaw – like uncried tears and old stuff jammed into my cranial bones. The wide yawns release this pain. This work is just so powerful. Thank you.
